Once a person sold-out his well to a farmer. Next day once a farmer visited draw the water from that well, the person didn't enable him to draw the water from it. He said, “I have sold-out you the well, not the water, thus you can not draw the water from the well.”
The farmer became terribly unhappy and came to the Emperor’s court. He delineates everything to the Emperor and asked for the justice.
The Emperor is known as Birbal and handed over this case to him. Birbal was known as the person World Health Organization sold-out the well to the farmer. Birbal asked, “Why don’t you let him use the water of the well. you have got sold-out the well to the farmer.” the person replied, “Birbal, I even have sold-out the well to the farmer, not the water. He has no right to draw the water from the well.”
Then Birbal smiled and same to him, “Good, but look, since you have got sold-out the well to the present farmers, and you claim that water is yours, then you have got no right to stay your water within the farmer’s well. Either you pay rent to the farmer to stay your water in his well, otherwise, you take that out of his well forthwith.”
The man understood, that his trick has failed. Birbal has outwitted him.
